Santa Rosa formulates an investment amount that meets your personal investment
goals and is sufficient to acquire and develop a
suitable property to fruition, including all incidental
anticipated costs. We then manage and allocate those
deposited funds to effectively and expeditiously bring
the project to completion. In return, we ask a
percentage of the acquisition price, a flat fee for the
development management and a sales commission at the
conclusion of the project.
In this way, our investors can enjoy the
full measure of investment returns. That is, we do not
set ourselves up as co-owners of your project, nor of
your profits. We are a professional organization of
service providers. You benefit from your entire
investment return after costs are reckoned. |
