Debi Spitzfaden, PhD, Owner / Manager Santa Rosa Ranch Real Estate

Since 1991, Debi M. Spitzfaden has been professionally active in business and marketing communications. Her experience includes a diverse blend of teaching, research and company experience, as a university professor, a scientific researcher, an independent consultant and company executive.

She serves as Owner and Manager of Santa Rosa Ranch Real Estate, a real estate consulting firm based in Murrieta, CA.  Debi oversees daily operations of the brokerage and is directly involved in seeing that all of the brokerage’s agents are well trained and providing the best customer service to the firm’s clients.  Beginning in 1995, Debi has been Director of Marketing of Intaire Digital Design Network, a high-technology business-to-business consultancy specializing in computer and electronics media relations, marketing communications, and Internet market­ing.  Prior to her current duties as a consultant, author, speaker, and management executive, Debi taught and performed both academic and practical scientific research at the university level.

Debi Spitzfaden publishes periodic industry and technical articles on Real Estate, Internet marketing and marketing communications via the Internet, and in print media.  She also speaks occasionally at worldwide conferences, seminars, and classes, including university extension, economic development councils, professional associations, trade expositions and chambers of commerce.

Daryl Fermo
